Refund & Cancellation Policies
Media Shield ensures 100% customer satisfaction. In case of any duplicate charge due to processing error, failing to fulfill any of your special designing requirements, or not being able to complete your design order as per the delivery policy, your complete design order amount will be refunded.
Media Shield cannot issue you a refund for the services that we rendered. This includes website designs, creative services, social media, graphics work, logo work, content writing, and other services. We take a careful approach to helping you get the best digital exposure possible. We guarantee the use of the best digital marketing practices possible. Given a long-term opportunity, we do guarantee you’ll see higher rankings and traffic from all our efforts.
Media Shield does not have control over the policies, and practices, of third-party companies/websites such as, but not limited to, Google, Google My Business, Yelp, Trip Advisor, Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, Booking.com, Bed, and Breakfast.com, or similar sites/directories. Media Shield does not have control over third-party social media companies and practices such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, GETTR, Rumble, or similar businesses.
Client assumes all risk, and responsibility for all client website(s) content, photos, social media content, and graphics. Client also assumes all risk, and responsibility, for content that is posted to any social media site, by Media Shield, on the client’s behalf. Visit our client privacy page for more information.
Monthly Marketing Plans Cancellation Policy
Media Shield clients on an ongoing monthly marketing plan may cancel their plan, with 30 days prior written notice. Media Shield does not refund partial month payments. Cancellation only applies after the 30-day cancellation waiting period is over. Client will be charged for any work done during the 30-cancellation period.
